President

Provides leadership for the Executive Board and the PTA while working closely with the principal and school community. Presides over meetings, helps guide the organization's goals, and serves as the primary contact with California PTA.

 

Vice President

Supports the President and helps oversee PTA programs, events, and special projects. Assists with meetings and steps in when the President is unavailable.

 

Secretary

Keeps accurate records of PTA meetings, prepares meeting minutes, maintains official documents, and manages board correspondence.

 

Treasurer

Manages the PTA's finances, prepares the annual budget, tracks income and expenses, and ensures financial records and reports remain accurate and up to date.

 

Historian

Documents PTA events through photos and records, helping preserve the history of the organization and celebrate the memories created throughout the school year.

Fundraising Chair

Plans and coordinates fundraising activities that support PTA programs and events. Works with volunteers, local businesses, and the Executive Board to help meet fundraising goals.

 

Communications Chair

Keeps families informed through the PTA website, newsletters, email, and social media. Promotes events, shares important announcements, and helps strengthen communication within the school community.

 

Volunteer Coordinator

Recruits, organizes, and supports volunteers for PTA events and activities. Helps connect parents with opportunities to get involved and tracks volunteer participation.

 

Membership Chair

Promotes PTA membership throughout the school year, welcomes new members, maintains membership records, and encourages family participation in the PTA.

 

Book Fair Chair

Plans and coordinates the school's Scholastic Book Fair, organizes volunteers, and works with staff to create a successful event that promotes literacy and supports the school.
